Bằng đại học dạy bằng tiếng Anh tại Trung Quốc: thực tế có những gì
The English-taught portfolio is smaller than agencies imply and concentrated in specific fields. Here is how to tell a real programme from a marketing page.

Where English-taught bachelor's degrees really exist
Tsinghua (computer science, economics and management, global affairs), Peking University (international economics and trade, MBBS), Shanghai Jiao Tong (through the UM–SJTU Joint Institute and the Paris Elite Institute), Zhejiang University (the Haining International Campus programmes with Edinburgh and UIUC), Fudan (international economics and trade, MBBS), Tongji (architecture, civil engineering), Beihang, BIT, NPU and HIT (engineering and computer science), SUSTech (most programmes bilingual), plus the Sino-foreign universities such as Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University and Duke Kunshan University.
Outside these, English-taught bachelor's programmes are mostly in MBBS, business administration and international economics, and quality varies enormously.
How to verify a programme is genuine
Check that the programme appears in the university's own English-language admissions catalogue, not just an agent's website. Ask which faculty teaches it and whether the teaching staff actually deliver in English or read from translated slides. Ask for the language of the examination papers. Ask whether the degree certificate states the language of instruction.
A practical test: ask for the email address of two current international students in that programme and write to them.
The alternative route
Many international students take a one-year Chinese language programme and then enter a Chinese-taught degree. This costs an extra year but opens the entire national curriculum — tens of thousands of programmes — rather than the few hundred taught in English, and it makes daily life and part-time work far easier.
