Who is eligible

How to apply
- 1
Watch the Mission’s call
The education and culture office publishes the annual call with quota, priority disciplines and deadline.
- 2
Apply to the Mission
Submit the CSC form, transcripts, language proof, study plan, references and pre-admission documents.
- 3
Mission screens and nominates
The Mission forwards a single slate to CSC; direct applications are not accepted.
- 4
CSC decides
Results come back through the Mission for September entry.
Deadline and timing
Runs alongside the bilateral programme — opens in November, closes in February.
Quota is allocated to the EU as a bloc rather than by country, so competition is concentrated among applicants from Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Poland.
