Universities and embassies issue periodic warnings about intermediaries claiming to guarantee Chinese Government Scholarship places. The structural facts are these: CSC applications are submitted through the official system at studyinchina.csc.edu.cn or through a Chinese embassy; scholarship awards are never sold; application fees are paid to the university, not to an individual; and no agent has a quota separate from the open competition.

Specific warning signs include requests for payment to a personal bank account, claims of guaranteed admission, refusal to name the universities being applied to, requests to hand over original documents for extended periods, and pressure to pay quickly to secure a place.

The safe approach is to complete the official university application yourself or in parallel with any agent, and to verify receipt directly with the university's international student office.

Les frais de scolarité, les échéances et les montants des bourses sont révisés à chaque cycle. Vérifiez toujours la situation en cours auprès du service des étudiants internationaux de l'université et sur le portail officiel campuschina.org avant de candidater.
