Cómo fijan las universidades chinas la matrícula de los estudiantes internacionales
International students generally pay a separate, higher fee schedule than domestic students, though scholarship coverage is correspondingly more generous.
Chinese universities set tuition for international students on a separate schedule from domestic students, who pay heavily subsidised fees. International tuition typically ranges from CNY 20,000 to 50,000 per year for bachelor's and most master's programmes, with professional and English-taught programmes at the higher end.
MBBS programmes cost CNY 45,000–80,000 per year. English-taught MBAs run to CNY 180,000–400,000 for the full programme. Doctoral programmes in science and engineering are frequently fully funded through CSC, university fellowships or supervisor grants, which means the effective cost can be zero.
Application fees are separate and non-refundable, typically CNY 400–800 per university. International students also pay the national comprehensive medical insurance of around CNY 800 per year, which scholarship packages normally include.
